Installation Procedure for Arma 3 Epoch

Rent your own Prepaid ArmA 3 server! nitrado.net

Server

New Gameserver

1. Log in to your account on nitrado.net
2. Perform a deposit to your account
3. Navigate to the Order Gameserver page
4. Select the desired gameserver type
   - if the server is for Arma 3 Epoch only: Publicserver Basic
   - if the server should also contain other games (eg. Minecraft, Battlefield, ...): Publicserver
5. Configure slots and runtime and click on Continue
6. Select ArmA 3: Epoch Mod in the dropdown menu
7. Submit your order by clicking on Order now

Your Arma 3 Epoch server will be installed after that

Existing Gameserver

1. Log in to your Gameserver's Webinterface
2. Select "Gameswitching" (old Webinterface) or "Change Game" (new Webinterface) in the menu
3. install / reinstallArmA 3 and select "ArmA 3: Epoch Mod" in the appearing dialogue's dropdown menu
   If the mentioned game is not on the list, go to nitrado.net -> My services -> Gameservers -> change mode.

Client

1. Install ArmA 3 via Steam
2. Download the Epoch modification here
3. Unpack the (EpochMod_X.X.X.zip) archive
4. Copy the@Epoch folder to your ArmA 3 installation directory.
   Directory: ...\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3
   
5. Open Steam
6. Perform a right-click on "Arma 3" and select 'Properties'
7. Click on the Set Launch Options button
8. Enter the following in the appearing input field: [email protected]
9. Submit your changes by clicking on "Ok"
10. You are now good to go
