I cant access my inventories, smithy/chest in ARK

Here you will learn what to do if you are experiencing a long access delay to your inventory, Smithy, or chests when logging in.

What to check?

  • Navigate to the Web interface of your server: How to Access your webinterface
  • On the left-hand side, go to Settings > General
  • Scroll to the options related to PVP/PVE
  • Take a look at your Offline Raid Protection settings (ORP)
  • Solutions:
    • You can deactivate the setting to resume normal functionality
    • To use the setting, set the same time between "Prevent Offline PvP Connection timer" and "Prevent Offline PvP Interval" This should also correct the difficulty.
  • Save your changes
  • Restart server
