General Information
A Whitelist has the advantage that players do not have to enter the server password when connecting to the server.
Setting up a Whitelist
The Whitelist can be easily set up and managed via the settings in the web interface.
The whitelist requires the Steam-ID 64. To obtain this, your steam community profile URL can be copied from Steam by right-clicking.
This link can now be inserted into the SteamID-Converter.
Then you can add it in the menu item "Whitelist" under the settings:
If several players are registered, it is necessary to add their Steam-ID 64 them to the next line:
After saving and restarting the server, players can now join the server without a password.
You can also add or remove players using the following "Admincheat" command, "cheat AllowPlayerToJoinNoCheck SteamID"
To remove a player from the whitelist ingame using admin commands, use the following, "cheat DisallowPlayerToJoinNoCheck SteamID"
The server should be restarted afterwards for the settings to be applied.
