Game Description

Battle for survival in this open-world sandbox, Subsistence. In Subsistence, the environment is not your friend. Fight solo or alongside a friend and struggle through changing seasons to build a base, develop technology, and gear-up to survive the hostile environment. Defend yourself from the dangers of natural elements and wildlife alike.

Through your adventures, you will progress your base technology gaining advanced items for crafting and upgrades. Farm crops, fish, hunt, and raise small animals. Take to the world to harvest and refine valuable resources to help your rise to world dominance. Stay vigilant as your base is under constant threat of AI Hunter attacks. AI Hunters also build bases in the world, raid their bases to steal their loot and supplies. Anything is up for grabs. You are able to invite and remove player access to bases, so you never have to defend your hold alone.

Stride through dynamic seasons and weather systems. With a unique day-night cycle for the world, the temperature will change based on the time of day and the altitude of the character. You will need to be sure your character is properly clothed and that you maintain a proper balance of hunger and thirst. Subsistence is an unforgiving open world. Are you ready for the challenge?
