Player management
After logging in with your Steam data, you have the possibility in the game's own web interface to manage the players on your server.
Selecting players
In the navigation you will find the link Players which leads you to the overview of all players:

In the overview you can search by name or by SteamID. Additionally, there is the possibility to ban the players from the server:

To ban or unban a player, it is only necessary to click on Edit. The following page shows further possibilities:
When the "Banned" checkmark is set, more options become visible:
To unban a player, it is enough to uncheck the "Banned" box and then click Update.
